Picture-Perfect Spice Containers

I like to cook aboard my boat, but I don't like to leave all my favorite spices aboard to turn into solid and unusable lumps from the moisture in the air. Besides, how much paprika can I really use (or stand) on one weekend cruise?
The solution I found is to save all those plastic canisters that come with 35mm photographic film, rinse them out, then use them to store various spices.
These containers are absolutely airtight and watertight, they're small enough to tuck a full spice rack's worth into a drawer, and the lids can't pop off accidentally.
Label the each canister with an indelible felt-tip marking pen, so you'll know which spice each one contains. Otherwise, you could end up accidentally substituting hot cayenne pepper for paprika.
