I have a freshwater-cooled Crusader 350 that I am replacing the heads on. Do I need to use marine head gaskets?
I can’t imagine “going cheap” and not installing the gaskets Crusader uses on its engines, considering the amount of effort required to redo the work if you use the incorrect gaskets.
